Service-Based Nature

Our consulting services are delivered through scheduled sessions, workshops, or strategic deliverables. As these services are customised and time-bound, we do not offer refunds for completed work.

Advance Payment Terms

For any pre-paid engagements or retainers, a refund may be considered only if the engagement has not started and a cancellation request is received in writing at least 5 business days before the start date.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, offer partial refunds or credit under specific, mutually agreed-upon conditions in exceptional cases.

Digital Materials

If any digital toolkits, templates, or documentation are delivered as part of the service, these are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
